As a Customer Service Representative, your core mission is to support the customer by providing a courteous and professional service via an effective and efficient order management, answering any enquiries and dealing with any issues. Customer Satisfaction is key to our success and you are the ambassador to make this happen in your daily contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the orders of the assigned customers, making sure that the full process will be properly followed from the reception of the order to the delivery to the customer
Providing information to the assigned customers in case of inquiries
Handling customer complaints and issues, managing the claims and product returns (this can change depending on the Business Units)
Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases and services received
Using and updating Sage to retrieve account information for customers
