- Entering and maintaining booking information accurately in the operating system
- Safeguarding data quality of transport orders
- Coordinating orders and priorities with planning and operations
- Proactively resolving service disruptions and customer issues
- Informing customers about deliveries, delays, changes and extra costs
- Handling incidents such as refused loads or damages
- Managing invoice queries and minimising credit notes
- Producing consignment statistics and KPIs
