Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information on auto and home insurance policies, coverage, and claims
- Manage policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Qualifications
- RIBO license (required)
- 2+ years CSR experience in personal lines insurance (required)
