Duties include: Providing support for complaints, errors, cancellations, & CSR questions with high levels of customer satisfaction; Processing orders, emails, & EDI; Communicating with customers & sales representatives; Sending pick order fulfillment; Assisting with front desk coverage & receptionist tasks such as handling multi-phone systems.
