Position Details

As a project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills.β€―

Working closely with Director of the Customer Service Department, the Project Manageris responsible fororganization, optimization, and change management, particularly related to the customer service department commercial improvement projects.

Main Missions:

1. Managing & steering commercial improvement projects: Ensure that commercial projects are successful by:Β 

  • Ensuring the delivery of project deliverables (quality, budget, deadlines) in accordance with specifications.

  • Monitor, coordinate, and prioritize projects involving third-party teams (Supply Chain, Finance Ops)
