Customer Service | German + English 

Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Start Date: 9 Apr 2026

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days

Salary & Benefits:

• 1100€ gross x14 months

• 100€ bonus x11 months

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience OR

• Experience in fraud investigation, abuse, or cybercrime environments

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Ability to gather information from different sources

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
