An opportunity has arisen for a temporary – 12 months ‘Customer Service Associate’ within the AD&M team based in Israel. The purpose of this role is to interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

**Your main responsabilities**

+ Be the primary interface on a day-to-day basis with direct account responsibility for accounts in Israel
+ Carry out contract review on orders/schedules and process in SAP system
+ Direct collaboration on specific customer portals
