Customer Service Analyst

Location: Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely follow‑up to clients.
  • Ship releases to clients according to schedule.
  • Ensure releases on time for the planning team.
  • Communicate constantly with production planning team.
  • Monitor weekly and daily customer requirements.
  • Avoid obsolescence or excess at FG (Finished Goods) level.
  • Maintain inventory levels at Finished Goods within the required level.
  • Monitor engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge and management of customer portals (Covisint).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
