We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through different channels (email, phone, chat, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring speed and quality in service
- Record, monitor, and resolve customer requests, complaints, and questions
- Act as the interface between customers and internal areas (sales, finance, logistics, production, among others)
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and customer experience
- Keep records updated in the system (CRM or internal tools)
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives
- Analyze feedback and suggest continuous improvements in the service provided
