**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features.
- Analyze and report on product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or role-playing as users).
- Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
