Eligibility Criteria:
Due to recent organizational changes and a spin-off of certain sectors, please note the following eligibility guidelines for this position:
Internal Only.
Continental employee from other sectors (ContiTech, Tire) and the Group Functions are not covered by the Sourcing Permission Internal (only)
Internal and External.
ePRs to be published externally (outside Continental) and / or staffed with a Continental employee from Group Functions, ContiTech or Tires
Customer Quality Engineer is the main Interface with OEMs (Customer) to attend Quality Issues.
Some of the daily tasks:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Daily communication Internally to share failure details, and get the people fully understand what customer is claiming.
- Supporting customer root cause audits and investigations.
- Communication with Residents Engineers to perform sorting activities at Customer side.
