Job Description Dunnes Stores is Ireland's leading retailer positioned at the cutting edge of food, home and fashion retailing. We are Irish owned and operate over 130 stores across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Spain, as well as growing online store offers and a Dunnes Stores loyalty app. We are expanding our service and product offering for our customers all the time. This role is focused on driving customer growth, retention and value through data-driven CRM and loyalty insights. It involves analysing customer behaviors, segmentation and campaign performance to identify opportunities to increase engagement, reactivation and long-term value. We are currently seeking a Customer Loyalty Insight Analyst with a strong track record of driving business growth through the analysis of customer behavior and CRM/loyalty performance.
