Position: Customer Expert - Spanish, Portuguese or Italian  

Location: Athens or Thessaloniki (option fully remote within Greece)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat channels

• Handle customer inquiries related to products and services in a professional manner
