Customer Experience Representative - Temporary

Full-time

Only candidates already residing in Canada and possessing a valid work permit in the country will be considered for this position.

Temporary position with possibility of permanence (maternity leave).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems.
• Respond to customer needs based on product availability.
• Provide information such as advice, pricing, dates and delivery status.
• Participate in supplier training sessions.
• Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
