Customer Experience Associate invited to provide direct banking services and deliver a positive customer experience through financial transaction processing and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments following standard operating procedures, regulations and the TD Code of Conduct and Ethics.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard cases as required.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
