Focus on improving the shortshipment process, which is currently centralized within the Customer Excellence team. The role aims to reduce the negative impact of a shortshipment on both customer and our business. Key responsibilities include ensuring agility in handling cases, providing clear communication about the process internally and with all stakeholders (customer, terminal, partners). Additionally, the position supports other team activities, such as equipment coordination and the longstanding process.
