We are looking for a liaison between business, operations and technology areas, responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, supporting development, and ensuring systems and processes meet the company's operational and strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements;
- Analyzing and improving business processes;
- Supporting system testing, deployment, and maintenance;
- Performing root‑cause analysis and proposing solutions;
- Providing system support to the accredited network, receiving and managing system-related tickets such as MDS, acting as the point of contact with the development team for issue resolution and improvements;
- Communicating with the accredited network during the collection process, coordinating the start and end of collections, and ensuring alignment between models being launched and those already finalized;
