We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with great enthusiasm for the event ticketing industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling requests through phone / live chat from customers and clients as well. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
