Become a Customer Care Representative at Purolator focused on shipment resolution in Kitchener. This role is part-time and centers on problem-solving and package management.
Working in a casual capacity, you’ll address delivery issues and assist with returns from Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Your responsibilities include scanning undelivered freight and preparing packages for redelivery. Using Salesforce, you’ll track shipments and close case logs, ensuring effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve package delivery issues with customers

Requirements:
• At least 3 months in a customer service role
