Overview
This 6‑month contract Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via telephone, e‑mail, written and faxed correspondence.
- Perform necessary follow‑up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Facilitate profitable growth and the sales process by adhering to department incentive and initiative programs.
- Research and suggest alternative products to customers.
- Represent products, increasing sales wherever appropriate or as requested.
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues, including issuance of credit concessions.
- Refer complex, non‑standard problems to supervisor.
