Customer Care HOME OFFICE / On site

Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) agents for customer service! Working from home after training and nesting (1 month on site).

We support a child support payment processing center, processing payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We provide assistance to parents paying support, employers, and payroll service providers. Our service helps users to navigate the website, reactivate accounts, send passwords, and inquire about their payments.

Requirements

• Full availability to work on different schedules
• Customer care experience
• Fluent English
• Good grammar skills
• Computer skills
• Internet at home (25 MBPS)
