This integral position focuses on developing culturally informed initiatives at the new shelter for Inuit women and children. You will integrate Inuit knowledge into support plans and mentor staff on trauma-informed, culturally resonant practices. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that shelter services uphold traditional Inuit values and respect cultural safety.
Key Responsibilities:
