The Trading Experience (TradingExp) support team handles client inquiries from all product lines—pro web, pro app, consumer web, consumer app, and Kraken Desktop—focusing on cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal operations. The role requires a deep understanding of crypto funding flows and the ability to adapt to changing processes, regulations, and technologies.
