About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate automation professional to join our Cross‑Platform Automation team, where you will drive the design and implementation of core business and cloud operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in discovery, functional design, and construction of automated processes.
• Design and implement automations using Bizagi as the orchestrator, coupled with complementary tools such as Python, PowerShell, and APIs.
• Select the most appropriate tool or approach based on use‑case needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and explore new automation scenarios.
• Document processes and implemented solutions.
