Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking Dyson customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about Dyson’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
