Job Description
You join the Strategic Customer Relationship Management team within Chief Client Office (CCO) as a CRM Officer.
On a daily basis, your mission will be to:
Organize, in collaboration with the Coverage and Business Lines, campaigns to measure Natixis CIB’s customer experience and define actions to improve satisfaction;Collaborate with the Global Markets teams and operational functions to develop the activity with the Asset Managers while ensuring a follow-up of actions and facilitating an efficient process for priority clients in pre-trade and post-trade;Contribute to the support of the Global Process Owner for CIB customer complaints by ensuring the efficient execution of the overall system and participating in exchanges with business lines, Risk functions, and compliance to ensure smooth communications;Create a relationship of trust with the CIB business lines, lead the international COO CIB CRM communi...
