+ Supporting credit setting and determining credit worthiness of customers, only for business customers which usually include medium to large business customers that have diverse agreements on prices/complex product mixes/multi-delivers and the like which entails more complex posting procedures to the accounts
+ All the activities to get outstanding payments from business customers (mainly medium to large business) which statistically show a different payment morale and credit worthiness than retail-type customers, until the case is handed over to the legal department
