About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Control Assistant (F/M) to join our dynamic team at Boardriders in our showroom at Ericeira.

Working within the Credit Control department and in conjunction with the Sales department, you will be responsible for collecting customer receivables, ensuring compliance with payment terms, managing the visual identity of franchised stores, and enhancing collections performance through analysis and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Send account statements and customer reminders.
• Ensure payment terms (60 days) are respected.
• Communicate with the sales department about deductions and ensure “Sales Force Cases” are correctly created for credit notes.
• Check and update master data.
• Manage risk related to credit limits approved by the insurer.
• Participate in wholesale customer audit requests.
• Deposit cheques in the bank.
