The Credit Application Specialist role is to provide support to the Credit Risk Analyst team. Responsibilities will include Credit Application data entry, fraud investigative tactics, collaboration with the sales field and ability to think outside of the box. Maintain customer database, send invoice and statement copies, process correspondence, and handle returned mail. They will be expected to work directly with the customer, field sales, commercial specialists and A/R Specialists to provide assistance with requests for information. In addition to other assigned responsibilities, the Administrative Support will need to be a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
