TikTok LIVE's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to build an environment that connects communities in real time, enabling meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

• Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators, driving sustainable platform growth.
• Design and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and reward systems to boost creator participation and improve retention rates.
• Craft tailored content and growth strategies targeting diverse creator segments to maximize performance across tiers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy—to align on creator growth initiatives.
