As part of our in‑house creative agency, the B‑Hive, you will lead photography and video productions for some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Liz Earle.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality photography and video shoots while overseeing the creative generation of CG/AI assets.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, presenting creative ideas and leading production calls.
• Write detailed production briefs that translate brand visions into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers and creatives to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain key project documents, including timelines and budgets, while liaising with external suppliers.
