Qualifications

You are a student of higher education Bac + 4/5 with a first experience at equivalent position, in Agency (art buying, photo or TV production, creative producer, producer assistant) or in House asset production environment. • Self-Motivated and very well organized. • Fluent English and French (speaking and writing)

Job Description 
The Creative Operations Assistant will assist and report to the Creative Operation team of Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris brands in driving the full lifecycle of creative programs: from conception to deliveries of all creative assets.

Traffic Creation - 30%
• Follow and update creative’s agendas.
• Register all new creative requests in the different tools & apps.
• Organize and set-up outlook meetings according to timeline approved by creative op team to maintain creative workflow and validation steps.
