- Spotify's Creative Business Strategies (CBS) team develops innovative experiences that deepen fan engagement and create meaningful connections between audiences, creators, and culture. As part of CBS LATAM, this engagement will support a major live experience project led by the team in Brazil, working across talent, content, and cross-functional coordination.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with talent participating in the project across music, podcast, and creator categories.
- Own the end-to-end talent approval process, including routing materials, tracking approvals, securing sign-offs, and following up on outstanding actions across campaign phases.
