Position Details

This role is responsible for the management and administration of the Central Rodeo Entry System (CRES), oversight of the approvals process, and serves as final authority on Rodeo Draws. The position leads critical initiatives including Animal Care, Youth Development, and Committee support, while ensuring committees are well-resourced and effectively guided. This role also has a leadership role in CPRA operational coordination — including contestant logistics, stock contractor management, and some production planning — and works closely with the Rodeo Consultant on rules and ground rules processes. This role is the catch‑all to many administrative duties surrounding our rodeo season. The Rodeo Administrator works in close collaboration with the CEO and serves as the second‑in‑command within the organization in the absence of the CEO and Finance Director.
