Eaton’s Electrical Sector is seeking a Country Sales Leader France, to lead our French country operations within the South Europe Zone and act as General Manager of the French legal entities.


**Role Summary:**


Eaton is seeking a senior commercial and country leader to head Eaton's France country sales organization - one of the largest and most strategically critical markets in the region.They will be both sales director for a number of segments and managing director of the French legal entity (EIF).

The role combines full country sales accountability, matrix and strategic sales leadership, across multiple segments and channels, and managing director responsibility for the legal entity. The leader will directly own key segments, including C&I and wholesale, whilst driving performance across indirectly managed segments such as Utilities, IT Channel, DC and Services within a matrix model.
