What will you do at our company?
- Lead, manage, and develop the current Italian team
- Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in Italy
- Drive sales growth and market penetration in the security and electrical channels
- Develop the residential market, including both new construction and retrofit segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key system integrators.
- Ensure alignment with the global headquarters and international teams
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee operational performance of the subsidiary
