Position Summary

The Country Manager leads and proactively drives Zinpro’s commercial strategy and execution for the Monogastric & Ruminant business in France. This role takes full ownership of country level growth, market development, and customer and distributor partnerships, actively translating regional strategy into high impact local execution.

Operating from a home-based environment, the role requires a highly self-motivated, result driven leader who excels as an individual contributor while consistently collaborating across functions. Success is achieved through influence, strong relationships, and a team-oriented mindset that aligns internal partners and external stakeholders around shared objectives
