We are looking for a commercially driven and growth-oriented Country Engagement Director, the primary revenue driver for RPG in Finland. You will own the Finnish market commercially: building and developing enterprise client relationships, generating consulting assignments across the full RPG portfolio, and driving year-on-year gross profit growth.
The role is predominantly focused on direct selling (75–100%). You will be an experienced, high-energy commercial professional who is energized by owning results, working with significant autonomy, and building a market. As the Finnish business grows, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of 1–2 sales professionals. This is a hands‑on commercial role with a strong focus on driving sales, winning new clients, and growing the Finnish business.
