Overview
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
Manage the business:
1. Create Business Plan:
Maintain an updated knowledge of the market ensuring a solid base for the business plan to include: competitor activity, reimbursement, market trends and other relevant health economic factorsDevelop and lead execution of a Country business plan that contain objectives for financial commitments and sales planMarketing plan containing:Meetings and congresses
Advertising
Physician training
Local advocacy
Other promotional activities
Launch specific: define product launch activities for the country including execution, in collaboration with European product management and marketing2. Defining Objectives for sales force: ensure that clear objectives for Sales performance, Service, Productivity and Cost exist for the Country
