Position Summary

The Kith - Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first-in-class experience to all new and returning Kith-Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best-in‑class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

• Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert.
• Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.
• Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.
