As a Counsellor II in Belleville, you will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based counselling to clients facing life’s most challenging moments. This role offers clinical autonomy while being part of Canada’s leading mental health network.

What you’ll do

• Deliver in‑person, evidence‑based therapy using solution‑focused, brief and longer‑term modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Support clients through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Total Mental Health (TMH) programs, addressing complex presentations including mental health disorders, addictions, relationship concerns and workplace stress.
• Apply strength‑based, client‑centered approaches that honor diverse backgrounds and empower individuals to achieve meaningful change.
