Occupational Certification: Eligibility for membership in the Bar of one of the provinces or territories of Canada or in the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

Significant (four‑year) and recent (last six‑year) experience conducting litigation as counsel.

Language requirements (essential for the job)

Experience conducting labour and employment litigation as counsel.

Experience representing clients in settlement negotiations, mediations or alternative dispute resolution processes.

Experience appearing before federal administrative tribunals.

Experience appearing before the Federal Courts.
