• Lead and maintain the cost system, providing required reports.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Provide direction for recasting of Class2/3 estimates into cost control base.
• Develop and implement cost‑related work processes and procedures.
• Guide all project cost control and change management efforts.
• Prepare and review cash forecasts and payment schedules.
• Review monthly project cost summaries.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for all commitments and expenditures.
