Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a corporate legal assistant who is customer service focused. The successful candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines and have a willingness to learn and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of Corporations, including and not limited to Annual Returns, Incorporations, Extra-Provincial Corporations, Re-organizations, Amalgamations and preparation of Minute Books;

Qualifications

• Minimum of twoyears related work experience
• CORES experience would be considered an Asset. In the absence of CORES certification, a willingness to obtain Level 1 and Level 2 CORES certification;
