The successful candidate will work almost exclusively on transactions in the insurance sector, advising on a wide range of complex and high-profile matters across Europe and beyond.

The practice covers the full spectrum of corporate insurance work, including public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, cross-border transactions, portfolio acquisitions and specialist deals such as renewal rights and reinsurance arrangements. The team also advises on corporate governance matters, listed company issues and equity capital markets transactions.
