Corporate Accountant

Dream Industrial REIT is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support our high-quality reporting and accounting within the department.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Maintain accounting records for various corporate business units, including timely and accurate completion of monthly general accounting responsibilities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Prepare corporate bank account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting deliverables such as consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the MD&A.
• Assist with providing documentation for external auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of legal entity financial statements for tax and debt compliance.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from other departments (e.g., Tax, Shared Serv...
