Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem‑solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution.
Activities - Activity 1: Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools.
- Activity 2: Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P‑D) based on APIS.
- Activity 3: Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects.
- Activity 4: Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs – Control Plan.
- Activity 5: Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP).
