Position Details
At ROEST, we aim to offer outstanding support to all our customers. As the front line of customer support, you will field incoming queries and help customers to get the best results from their ROEST. You will be in direct contact with our customers on a one-to-one basis, using video calls, in-person meetings, and online tools such as Hubspot to help them resolve issues as efficiently as possible — or when needed carrying out maintenance and repairs in person.
You will become an expert on the internal workings of our machines, and you’ll use your technical knowledge of the machine, and the needs of our customers, to feed back to the development and engineering teams.
You will also use your expertise and communication skills to support the Sales and Marketing teams, representing ROEST at events and product demos, producing content, and helping to explain complex roasting concepts in an approachable way.
