Purpose of the job

The Copilot Development Specialist is a hands‑on technical expert and builder within Ahlstrom’s Copilot Agent Factory. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and governing practical, enterprise‑grade Copilot Agents and Azure AI‑based solutions that augment daily work across businesses and functions. The role emphasises real value creation over experimentation by building scalable, secure, and usable Copilot and agentic AI solutions that improve productivity, decision quality, and user experience while embedding strong technical, security, and responsible AI governance practices.

• Copilot & Agent Solution Development
  • Design, build, and continuously improve task‑oriented Copilot agents and agentic AI solutions supporting end‑to‑end business processes.
