ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 2–3 hours per week working with our Talent Management team. The Coordinator will gain valuable experience and be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening (40%)
  • Assist in posting volunteer openings on job boards, websites, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, including scheduling interviews and sending relevant correspondence.
